We at SuperStudents.in strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary.

Our refund policy covers the following scenarios:

1. If we have stopped providing training for the course you have enrolled in, you are eligible for a full refund of your fee.

2. If we are unable to assign a trainer for the course you have enrolled in, you are eligible for a full refund of your fee.

3. If despite following all the instructions and completing the course, you see no improvement, you are eligible for a partial refund of your fee. The amount refunded will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances surrounding your lack of progress.

In order to initiate the refund process, please send an email to info@superstudents.in with your name, course details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for requesting a refund.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
